Larp wallet on iPhone: no IPA, installed from Safari
There is no larp wallet IPA to hunt for. My Larp Wallet opens in Safari and sits on your Home Screen like an app. Here are Apple's exact steps for iOS 26 and 27, the iPad version, the fixes when the button is missing, and what an IPA from a link really asks of your phone.
Published:
My Larp Wallet has no IPA and no App Store listing: it is a web app you add from Safari. Open your wallet's address, tap the Page Menu button (More on iOS 26), then Share, Add to Home Screen, keep Open as Web App on and tap Add, and it opens full screen from its own icon.
The 60-second version
My Larp Wallet is a web app. There is no IPA to find, no App Store listing and no TestFlight build: your wallet lives at its own address, mylarpwallet.com/yourname, and Safari puts it on your Home Screen. Once your wallet exists, this takes under a minute:
- Open your wallet's address in Safari on the iPhone, signed in to your account.
- Tap the Page Menu button beside the address (iOS 27: three stacked lines; iOS 26 calls it More and draws three dots), then tap Share. With the Bottom or Top tab layout, or on iOS 18, tap Share directly.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Leave Open as Web App on (iOS 26 and later), then tap Add.
The icon lands on your Home Screen and opens the wallet full screen, without a single Safari bar. Until you install it, the wallet also shows a small bar in Safari with the same steps.
Add the larp wallet to your Home Screen, step by step
Since iOS 26, Safari's default layout keeps Share behind a menu button, so older tutorials point to a square that is no longer on screen. The path depends on your iOS version and on the tab layout chosen in Settings, Apps, Safari (Compact, Bottom or Top).
iOS 27 and iOS 26, default Compact layout
In the Compact layout the address bar sits at the bottom, with controls on both sides. Apple's iPhone User Guide gives the same moves for both versions; only the name of the first button changes: Page Menu in iOS 27 (three stacked lines), More in iOS 26 (three dots). Tap it, tap Share, scroll to Add to Home Screen, turn on Open as Web App, tap Add. If the entry is not in the list, scroll to the bottom, tap Edit Actions and add it.
Bottom or Top layout, and iOS 18 or earlier
With the Bottom or Top tab layout, the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up) is already on screen: tap it and carry on from Add to Home Screen. On iOS 18 and earlier, Share sits in Safari's menu bar and the sheet has no Open as Web App switch: Add to Home Screen, then Add, is the whole job.
| Your iPhone | First taps | Then |
|---|---|---|
| iOS 27, Compact layout | Page Menu (three lines), Share | Add to Home Screen, Open as Web App on, Add |
| iOS 26, Compact layout | More (three dots), Share | Add to Home Screen, Open as Web App on, Add |
| iOS 26 or 27, Bottom or Top layout | Share | Add to Home Screen, Open as Web App on, Add |
| iOS 18 and earlier | Share, in the menu bar | Add to Home Screen, Add |
Leave Open as Web App on. With the switch off, iOS adds a plain bookmark that opens the page in Safari, address bar included, and that bar ends up in every screenshot.
What it looks like once installed
- Its own icon. The My Larp Wallet logo, named My Larp Wallet unless you rename it in the Add sheet, next to your other apps. It appears only on the device where you add it.
- Full screen. No address bar, no tabs, no Safari toolbar.
- Your phone's own status bar. The wallet draws none, so the time, battery and signal at the top are your iPhone's real ones, and the clock keeps moving in a video.
- Live prices. SOL, ETH, BTC, HYPE and USDC take the market price, refreshed every 4 seconds; a custom token keeps the price you type.
- Nothing installed in the App Store sense. No permission prompt, no profile, no certificate, no update to accept. Delete the icon and your wallet stays saved on your account.
The address is tied to your account and your plan: the link alone opens nothing.
If Add to Home Screen is not there
You opened the link inside Instagram, TikTok, Gmail or Discord
Those apps open links in their own built-in browser, which cannot put anything on the Home Screen. The wallet detects it: its bar then reads Open in Safari to install, with a Copy button under your address. Copy it, open Safari, paste it in the address bar, then follow the steps above.
The Share sheet has no Add to Home Screen at all
Some apps show pages in a Safari-style window that has a Share button but not the entry. Look for the compass icon or an Open in Safari item, then start again from Safari. In Safari itself, a missing entry is a list setting: scroll to the bottom of the Share sheet, tap Edit Actions and add it.
The icon opens with a Safari bar, or shows a plain letter
A bar means Open as Web App was off: press and hold the icon, remove it, and add it again with the switch on. A plain letter instead of the logo means the icon image had not loaded when you tapped Add, usually on a weak connection: remove it and add it again. If the icon opens on a sign-in screen, sign in once with the same account.
What an IPA is, and why a larp wallet IPA is a risk
An IPA is the package an iPhone app ships in; the App Store installs it for you after Apple's review. An IPA from a website cannot install itself, so every route asks you to hand the sender some trust first:
- An enterprise certificate. Apple built enterprise distribution for an organization's internal apps; its support page is addressed to system administrators. The app first shows Untrusted Enterprise Developer; you are then told to open Settings, General, VPN & Device Management, tap the developer, tap Trust, and on iOS 18 and later Allow & Restart. That developer stays trusted until you delete all of its apps.
- A configuration profile. ESET found trojanized wallet apps that iPhones could only install through profiles adding "an arbitrary trusted code-signing certificate".
- Alternative distribution. In the EU, Brazil and Japan, iPhones can install apps from alternative marketplaces or developer websites. Apple notarizes those apps for baseline integrity, but says the review is up to each distributor and that its own support for them is limited.
The cases on record all go after the same thing, the recovery phrase:
- In March 2022, ESET described more than 40 copycat websites of well-known wallets, handing out trojanized versions that sent seed phrases to the attackers.
- In June 2025, Kaspersky reported SparkKitty, which reached iPhones partly through enterprise provisioning profiles and uploaded photos from the gallery, looking for screenshots of recovery phrases.
- In April 2026, Kaspersky described more than twenty phishing apps on the App Store itself, named to look like popular wallets, that opened a browser page installing infected wallets through provisioning profiles. Its researchers note that those profiles are a favorite of the makers of cracks, cheats, pirated apps and malware.
We did not check any particular site that offers larp IPA files, and we link to none. No IPA, profile or certificate comes from My Larp Wallet: any file under that name is someone else's.
Larp wallet on the App Store?
There is no My Larp Wallet listing on the App Store, and a store version would not draw a better screen: the browser already shows it full screen, at your phone's native resolution.
A web app is not safe by magic either: in 2024 ESET documented phishing banking apps that people had added to their home screens from a browser. The test is what a page asks of you. This one asks for an account and a payment, never for a recovery phrase, a private key, a wallet connection or a device permission. The APK, IPA, App Store or browser comparison answers the same question across every platform.
Larp wallet on iPad
The same wallet installs on an iPad. Apple's iPad steps: in Safari, tap Share, View More, then Add to Home Screen; turn on Open as Web App and tap Add. The icon appears only on the device where you add it, so each device needs its own.
On a tablet the wallet keeps the shape of a phone screen instead of stretching across the display: it sits centered, on black. Fine for checking a composition; for a clip or a screenshot that has to look like a phone, shoot on a phone, since an iPad capture comes out at the iPad's size, with black around the wallet.
It is a mockup, and it says so
My Larp Wallet is a crypto wallet app simulator. Every amount is typed in; only the market prices are real. It holds no funds, connects to no blockchain and asks for no seed phrase. Our terms forbid presenting a screen as a real balance or proof of funds, and a visible Mockup label in the frame keeps a clip on the right side of that line, explained in what a larp wallet is.
Your next step
On your iPhone, open the My Larp Wallet homepage in Safari: it shows the wallet, its live prices and its settings. Tap Get my wallet, create your account and pick a plan; it is a paid app. Your wallet then opens at mylarpwallet.com/yourname, and the steps above put it on your Home Screen in under a minute.
Setting it up on another device? The Android steps go through Chrome, and on a PC or Mac the wallet runs in the browser while you compose the screen.

Questions
Is there a larp wallet IPA?
Not from My Larp Wallet. It publishes no IPA, no TestFlight build and no App Store listing. The wallet is a web app at your own address, mylarpwallet.com/yourname, that Safari adds to the Home Screen. Any IPA offered under that name was made by someone else.
How do I get a larp wallet on my iPhone?
Open your wallet in Safari, tap the Page Menu button (iOS 27) or the More button (iOS 26), then Share. Scroll to Add to Home Screen, leave Open as Web App on and tap Add. With the Bottom or Top tab layout, or on iOS 18, tap Share directly. It takes under a minute.
Is it safe to install a larp IPA file from a website?
It is the riskiest way to get one. An IPA from a link installs only after you trust an enterprise certificate or a profile, or through an alternative store, and security researchers have found wallet-shaped apps installed exactly that way stealing recovery phrases. A wallet simulator needs none of it.
Does the larp wallet work on iPad?
Yes. In Safari on the iPad, tap Share, then View More, then Add to Home Screen, turn on Open as Web App and tap Add. The wallet keeps the shape of a phone screen, centered on black, so shoot clips on a phone.
Why can't I find Add to Home Screen?
Usually because the link opened inside another app, such as Instagram, TikTok or Gmail, whose built-in browser cannot add to the Home Screen. Copy the address, paste it into Safari and try again. In Safari itself, a missing entry can be added through Edit Actions at the bottom of the Share sheet.
Can I add the larp wallet from Chrome on iPhone?
Google's help describes Share, on the right of Chrome's address bar, then Add to Home Screen. The wallet's own install bar still sends Chrome users to Safari, because Safari always has the entry and Open as Web App.
Compose the screen instead of describing it
Your tokens, your amounts, your accent, laid out in the browser, then opened on your phone at your own address. A mockup, and we never pretend otherwise.
- Unlimited tokens, amounts and accents
- Add it to your home screen; it opens like an app
- Live market prices that keep moving
- Your own address, mylarpwallet.com/you
