Contact

One address, read by the person who built the site. No ticket number, no queue, no chatbot — and no form on this page, because a form that quietly fails is worse than an address that works.

Usually answered within a business day, and always within three. Written in English or French, whichever you prefer.

Three things you can settle faster than an email.

Cancelling. Open the wallet, then Account → Manage subscription. It goes through Stripe's own portal, takes one click, and the wallet stays open until the end of the period you already paid for.

A forgotten password. Reset it here — we cannot read or restore a password, so writing to us costs you a round trip.

What the tool is allowed to produce. That question is answered in full in the terms, and the short version is on the home page.

What to put in your message

Not a formality: each of these is the thing that decides whether your question is settled in one reply or in four.

A charge you don't recognise

The date and the amount, and the last four digits of the card. On a statement our charges appear under the name of the payment account, not always under “My Larp Wallet” — which is exactly why they get reported as unknown.

A refund

Write from the address on the account, and say what happened rather than just asking. Refunds follow the terms; a refunded payment cancels the access it bought, clip library included.

The clip library

The address on the account, and what you see instead of your clips. The library is attached to the account and not to the monthly plan, so it survives a cancelled subscription — if it seems to have gone, tell us and we will look.

The affiliate program

Everything about the rate, the attribution window and the payouts is on the affiliate page, and withdrawals are self-service from $50. Write for anything that page does not answer — including a Stripe verification that will not go through.

Reporting misuse of an image

Put abuse in the subject line, with the image or a link to where it is being used. Presenting one of these mockups as a real wallet, or as proof of money that exists, is outside our terms: we revoke the licences concerned.

Press, partnerships, integrations

Same address. Say what you are building and what you need from us; it gets an honest yes or no rather than silence.

What we can't do

Who you are writing to

My Larp Wallet is a small operation, not a support department. The publisher's details, the host and the payment provider are on the legal notice; what we do with your data is in the privacy policy.
