Privacy policy

The principle
My Larp Wallet is designed to work without collecting your content. Mockup rendering and image export happen entirely in your browser.
Images you upload — an avatar, a token icon — are never transmitted. No server receives them, so no server can keep them.
What we process
- Account: your email address and a password, held by Supabase, our authentication provider. The password is stored hashed — we never see it. Both are required to open the studio and to restore your access if you sign in from another device.
- Purchase: your email address and billing details are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We keep your email and the transaction id in order to send you your key and to honour a refund.
- Licence: the key issued, the associated plan and the creation date. Verifying a key never returns the associated email.
- Studio configuration: saved in your browser's local storage so you find it again. It does not leave your device.
- Audience measurement: aggregate page views, counted by Vercel Web Analytics. The script is served from this domain, sets no cookie, and builds no profile — we see how many people read a page, not who they are.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, and no analytics that profile you or follow you from one site to another.
- No sale or sharing of data for commercial purposes.
- No request for a private key, a seed phrase or a wallet address — the service has no use for them and never will.
Retention
Licence data is kept for as long as the subscription is active, then for one year after cancellation so we can restore access if you come back. Billing records are kept for ten years, as accounting rules require.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. Write to contact@mylarpwallet.com from the address used at purchase. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Processors
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — licence storage.
- Vercel — hosting.
