1. What this service is

My Larp Wallet is a tool for creating interface mockups. It generates a picture of an app screen from values entered by the user. It is not a wallet, not a financial service, and not a custody service.

2. Nature of the images produced

The screens generated are fictional. The amounts, tokens, changes and balances displayed come solely from what the user types in and correspond to no real holdings. No blockchain data is read.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use the images produced to:

• make anyone believe you hold assets that you do not hold;
• obtain a payment, an investment, a loan or any other advantage on the basis of a fictional financial position;
• constitute evidence, a statement, a certificate, or any document presented as authentic;
• reproduce the branding, trade mark or name of a third-party publisher in a way that creates confusion about the origin of the product.

Any breach results in immediate revocation of the licence, without refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities.

4. Subscription and licence

Access is sold as a monthly subscription at $19 per month, renewed automatically until cancelled. It grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the subscription. The licence key is personal: reselling it, sharing it publicly or distributing it results in its revocation.

You may cancel at any time, from the link in your payment receipt or by writing to contact@mylarpwallet.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: access continues until that date, and no further charge is made.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown inclusive of all taxes on the pricing page. It is charged monthly, on the anniversary of the subscription date, until cancellation. Payment is processed by Stripe; we neither receive nor store any card details. Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies only to periods after that notice.

6. Right of withdrawal

As the product is digital content supplied immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the key has been used. As a commercial gesture we nonetheless refund the first month on request within 14 days of the first charge. The studio is usable free of charge beforehand, so the subscription can be assessed without paying.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Because rendering runs in your browser, the result may vary with its version. We accept no liability for the use you make of the images produced.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
